Our senior residents receive physical therapy

The Physical Therapy area is responsible for the comprehensive care of our senior residents, in the physical realm, with the aim of keeping them independent and functionally active. We specialize in elderly people with arthritis and other musculoskeletal problems, Parkinson’s disease and other neurological problems, strokes, fractures, diabetes, and much more.

This area is equipped with the machines and trained professionals to perform the different therapies for each pathology

We perform therapies with hot chemical compresses, ultrasound, electrotherapy, infrared rays, mechanotherapy with parallel bars, stairs, shoulder wheel, treadmill, verticalizer, etc.

The area staff is composed of physical therapists and several assistants, who are responsible for performing a specific and functional assessment for each patient according to their needs, to determine the type of therapy that corresponds to them.
